The Concept
Designed for rest. Built for stillness.
Five architect-designed passivhaus principle darksky lodges, built for couples and set apart among the trees. Each one pairs a private outdoor bath with a stargazing skylight over the bed, a covered outdoor space for living and cooking, and a separate sauna that can be booked by guests for private use.
Low-energy, high-comfort construction keeps every lodge warm in January and cool in July. Nest provides comfort year round.

The Site

Wester Lix sits near Killin, inside Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, on the Heart 200 touring route and moments from the Rob Roy Way. Loch Tay, the Falls of Dochart and some of Scotland's best walking, cycling and wild swimming are on the doorstep.
Just ninety minutes from both Edinburgh and Glasgow, but a world apart when the last sun rays of the day disappear over Creag MacRanaich and the stars appear in the sky.
